In The Sweet Palm Of Your Hand by Sachi Murakami is a lovely told story about self-doubt. Misaki has always had a dream of living by painting, but everything he has tried so far to make the dream come true has failed. When he enters a competition and his painting is not in the running for first price he gives up on the dream. I loved the theme of art and the calm I got from this story.
