I love the Stellar Witch LIP☆S series by Kotoko Ichi because it's girly, it's glittery, and it has messages to empower young girls. It of course also have some boys to fancy, both of the good kind and the questionable kind who we still lose our heart to! This series reminds me of the magical girl tv shows I saw as a kid – Mew Mew Power, Winx Club, Jem and Sailor Moon, and that nostalgia is what is making me read this series. It's like a warm hug.
