"The Battle, vol 1 is written by Frédéric Richaud, based on a novel by Patrick Rambaud, with artwork by Ivan Gil and colors by Albertine Ralenti. The book depicts the battle of Essling in 1809, where Napoleon fought against the Austrians. I feel that I wasn't the right recipient for this story. I didn't have any knowledge about this historic event beforehand, and the book doesn't make any real effort to set the stage for those who... En lire plus
